The first session usually involves getting to know each other and finding out about the reasons and /or goals you have for coming to counselling.   Yasmin understands it is not always easy for people to come to counselling and have to start talking, so she prefers to go at the client’s pace, and allow them to share what they feel comfortable sharing.
