About Tom

Thomas Heidrich is a registered Psychologist with a Masters in Educational & Developmental Psychology.

Tom is passionate about client-centered therapy and helping individuals and families find psychological wellness through a highly collaborative approach. His areas of practice include anxiety & depression, parenting & attachment, family relationships, sexuality & identity, resilience & self-esteem, and school engagement/ refusal difficulties.

Additionally, Tom has a particular passion for helping families manage difficulties relating to video gaming, social media use, and screen addiction.

Tom works with people of any age, having training in human development across the lifespan. Tom especially enjoys working with neurodivergent (“neurospicy”) clients.

Tom is a strong supporter of the LGBTQIA+ community and enjoys working with culturally & linguistically diverse clients. He is also conversationally fluent in Brazilian Portuguese.
