About Jack Andreadis. 

 Jack is qualified as a social worker (Australian Association of Social Worker’s member no. 475139). Jack offers counselling for anybody seeking support amongst life’s ups and downs. Jack enjoys connecting with a diverse range of clients from all walks of life, including those who just want a chat and those who want to dive deeper. 

Jack is a trained in yoga instructor specialising in the use of yoga for trauma recovery. He has a keen interest in the healing potentials of other practices, including: Breathwork, Ecstatic dance and Psychedelic-assisted psychotherapies. 

 

What can Jack offer you?

Jack draws on a range of therapeutic approaches depending on the needs and intentions of the client, which can include: Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS)-Informed Therapy, Yoga and Trauma Recovery, Breathwork, and good old fashioned Talk Therapy. These approaches can be adapted to meet your needs and preferences, with goals such as:

– Improved relationships with difficult emotions

– Mental clarity

– A calmer sense of self  

What happens during a session?

A standard session lasts 55 minutes, and starts off with a conversation about what it is that you’re seeking support with. From there, Jack can outline different approaches, while you and he mutually contribute to the direction of the therapeutic process, based on what feels right for you. 

 

How much does it cost? 

A standard 55 minute session is $120.

 

Can I claim on my Health Fund?

No.
